Tiverton Farmers Market Welcomes Spring with an Easter Specialty Market

Spring comes with a sweet reason to visit Tiverton this month. On March 29, the Tiverton Farmers Market invites the community to celebrate the season at its Easter Specialty Market, a lively gathering of local farmers, makers, and food vendors inside Tiverton Middle School.

Running from 10am-2pm, the special market offers a chance to shop, snack, and soak in the spirit of spring one week before Easter. More than 70 vendors will fill the space with Rhode Island-grown and locally crafted goods, including fresh seafood, meats, vibrant produce, baked treats, international dishes, and handcrafted artisan products.

Market Manager Meredith Brower says the timing gives families the chance to celebrate together while still leaving room for their own holiday traditions at home.

“We’re kicking off the festivities a week before Easter so people can enjoy the celebration here and still have time for their family traditions at home,” Brower says.

For many visitors, the Tiverton Farmers Market is already a weekend staple. The Easter Specialty Market adds a festive seasonal twist, creating a lively hub where neighbors gather, kids wander and explore, and shoppers discover new favorites from local producers.

Admission is free, and the market takes place at Tiverton Middle School, located at 10 Quintal Drive, with plenty of space for guests to browse comfortably. Due to school regulations, only service animals are permitted at the indoor event.
