House of High Priestess Brings a New Cannabis Collection to Rhode Island

Casey Sanginario teams up with East Coast Cultivation to launch a collection rooted in branding, community, and cannabis culture

After years of helping Rhode Island cannabis brands find their voice, Casey Sanginario is putting her own name on the product. Known in the industry as “High Priestess,” the cannabis marketer, entrepreneur, influencer, and advocate has launched the House of High Priestess Collection in collaboration with East Coast Cultivation, bringing her brand from behind-the-scenes strategy to participating retail shelves.

For Sanginario, the launch feels like a natural next step in a career built around storytelling. As the founder of Rhode Island’s only female-owned and operated full-service cannabis marketing agency, she has spent years helping cannabis businesses connect with consumers through education, personality, and community-centered branding. In an industry that can sometimes feel heavy on jargon and light on warmth, her work has leaned into making cannabis culture feel more human, more local, and more approachable.

The new collection brings that point of view directly to consumers. Developed with East Coast Cultivation, the House of High Priestess Collection pairs Sanginario’s branding experience with a Rhode Island cultivator that has spent the last 10 years producing cannabis in the state. The collaboration centers on quality, education, empowerment, and products designed to speak to both experienced consumers and those still finding their footing.

“This collection is more than a product launch, it’s the culmination of years spent building relationships, advocating for the cannabis community, and helping brands tell their stories,” says Sanginario. “Partnering with East Coast Cultivation has allowed me to create something that truly represents the House of High Priestess vision.”

That vision has already reached well beyond Rhode Island. Sanginario and the brands she represents have earned attention from cannabis publications including High Times, HERB, RAW, Fat Nugs Magazine, and Weed Humor. She has also worked with cannabis and entertainment names including Trinidad James, Chimney Griff, and Elizabeth McGraw of Slater Center, known for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island.

Still, the heart of the story stays close to home. The House of High Priestess Collection highlights a local woman entrepreneur stepping from brand builder to product creator, while adding another Rhode Island-made collaboration to the state’s growing cannabis scene. The House of High Priestess Collection is now available through participating retailers. Visit highpriestesscreative.com for more information.
